COLUMBIA, S.C., June 13, 2023 – South Carolina-based real estate developer, Magnus Development Partners, is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of Vantage Point 2, a 152,880 SF industrial spec building at Camp Hall in Berkeley County, S.C.
The project is located directly across from Volvo’s North American facility where two new next-generation, all-electric sport utility vehicles will be produced. The automaker, whose cumulative investment in the South Carolina operation totals roughly $1.2 billion, recently announced plans to add a battery assembly facility and additional production space.
This opportunity to partner with Camp Hall on their new state-of-the-art campus is one that Magnus is excited to be a part of. The project developed by Magnus Development Partners will be their second spec industrial building within the 6,800-acre campus.
