Magnus Development Partners continues the development momentum in 2019 with the groundbreaking of Midway Logistics IV, a new 200,000-squarefoot Class A speculative industrial building located in the Lexington County Industrial Park (LCIP).
“Magnus Development Partners is proud of our commitment to being the leading developer of Class A industrial space for the Midlands region,” said Kevin Werner, founding partner. “Midway Logistics IV is designed to meet the needs of today’s distribution, warehouse and light manufacturing tenants requiring close proximity to excellent highway systems and outstanding labor force.”
The tilt-up, multi-tenant building is designed to support tenants requiring state of the art facilities with features such as 32-foot clear height, energy-efficient LED motion detected lighting, and an ESFR sprinkler system. Midway Logistics IV will also include 16 dock doors (expandable to 48 docks), two 12-by-14-foot drive-in doors, and a 210-foot shared truck court. The project schedule is being expedited to deliver the building by the third quarter of 2019.
This is the fourth Midway Logistics building within LCIP developed by the principles of Magnus Development Partners. It comes on the heels of Midway Logistics III, which was completed in the fall of 2018. Magnus is currently developing a new service center building for Domino’s Pizza in LCIP, scheduled for substantial completion by the end of 2019. The 350-acre masterplanned industrial park is home to other companies such as Home Depot, Republic National Distributing Co, Laguna Tools, Scholastic Book Fairs, and Garden State Lumber.
