Magnus Development broke ground on Midway Logistics II, a 200,000 square foot speculative building in the Lexington County Industrial Park (LCIP). Midway Logistics II is designed to meet the needs of today’s Class “A” distribution tenants.
The tilt-up, hard wall multi-tenant building is designed for Class “A” distribution and light manufacturing tenants. The facility will feature a clear height of 30’, energy-efficient LED lighting and an ESFR sprinkler system. It will also include 21 dock doors, two drive-ins, and entries for tenant offices. The site is designed to allow for a shared dock apron to support a future distribution facility on the adjacent lot. The project is on a 30-week construction schedule.
“Lexington County Industrial Park is one of the Midlands premier industrial parks,” said Kevin Werner, “providing users with immediate access to the interstate system as well as an outstanding labor force”.
