Magnus Development is proud to announce the leasing of 200,000 square feet of warehouse space at Midway Logistics III.

The company signed a 170,000 SQF lease with Garden State Lumber Products Corp, a premier distributor of quality mouldings, trimboards, sheet goods and architectural accents. An additional 30,000 SQF was leased to Scholastic Book Fairs, a provider of books and educational materials.

“The Midway Logistics III building is Magnus Development Partners’ newest Class A building in the Columbia market and was 100% leased before construction was completed,” Kevin Werner, founding partner of Magnus Development, said in a news release. “The success of this building will allow us to focus on delivering the next speculative building within the park.”

Magnus Development Partners has leased 200,000 square feet of warehouse space at the Midway Logistics III industrial building and is planning another 200,000-square-foot building adjacent to it.
