Magnus Development Partners is pleased to announce the leasing of 50,000 square feet of warehouse space at Midway Logistics II to Laguna Tools. Midway Logistics II is Magnus Development Partner’s newest Class A building in the Columbia market.
The Laguna Tools facility will serve as a distribution center for east coast customers, allowing for faster shipment of new CNC and woodworking machines. It will aslo include a CNC showroom and customer service center for the South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Tennessee region.
