Joseph Toledo | Development Analyst

As a member of the Magnus Development team, Joseph Toledo works in the Development Analyst role alongside members of the sales, construction, and finance teams to achieve project goals. He is responsible for assisting with financial modeling and analysis of development projects while coordinating with various internal departments on the implementation of financial strategies and initiatives. Toledo also aides in analyzing new markets, the acquisition of properties,  and site identification for future developments while working closely with the operating partners to ensure project oversight and achievement of targeted economic performance.

Toledo has a diverse background in different sectors of commercial real estate and development, including construction and mixed-use development. He received his BSBA in Finance and Management from Barry University and holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University.


Riley Pharr | Assistant Project Manager

Riley Pharr serves as Assistant Project Manager, working very closely with the architects, engineers, general contractors, designers, and operators throughout the development and construction process to ensure projects are completed on schedule and in budget. Pharr’s responsibilities include assisting in the design, permitting, pre-construction, construction management and project communications.

Prior to joining Magnus, Pharr interned at Hood Construction, Greystar Development, and Cumming Corporation.  Through his internships,  he was able to gain experience and knowledge in the development and construction processes for various project types.  He is a recent graduate from Clemson University where he received a B.S. in Construction Science and Management.


Laurel Nowell | Office Manager

Laurel Nowell joined Magnus Development as Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator. Aside from managing the office, her duties include providing administrative support to the many facets of the development process and project based assistance. Additionally, Nowell manages activities associated with the company’s public relations, digital presence, internal communications, as well as the design and development of marketing materials.

Nowell comes to Magnus with a background in office administration, event planning, and art and design. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina.
